I can’t think of many things more magical then snow in Paris. Before moving here I had only seen falling snow twice in my life. So this winter has been captivating. This is our first winter in Paris and everyone had said that it often doesn’t always snow here and super rarely does the snow stay. So to have experienced Paris turn into a winter wonderland has been such a treat.

If you grew up watching Gilmore girls then you would understand the reference in the blog title. After a winter of snow I totally understand Lorelei’s feelings & expression of love towards snow.
If you travel to Paris in winter and are blessed to experience the snow then I highly recommend heading out to the suburbs or hitting the parks. The snow tends to stick around for longer in these places. To the left is in Vincennes, a 1 minute walk to from my place and my view on the way to the train.
Below is Versailles, which I have now decided is equally as beautiful in every season!
